if friends were like flowers...i'd pick you....
wildflowers....grow where they will and show up year after year...like a forever friend....
have you ever heard those sayings? well i love the last one the most..and it's just how i feel with my forever friends justine , paulette, and sandy....we have a special love for one another and we get together each year to celebrate friendship....
this year they are coming to savannah...we have a whole week together...justine began the countdown at 29....so today is day 21...i am busy planning some fun things to see and do while they are here...great spots to grab a bite to eat and enjoy the ocean, waterways, and the historic downtown of savannah...justine has been here and will arrive a few days early so we can get the grocery shopping done...we love to cook...and we enjoy doing it together...we love to chatter...we love to laugh...side splittin laughter...we love to watch movies, read, stroll, craft (okay i love to craft) and the girls are good sports about it...we love to do a bit of antiquing...( me again) and just plain enjoy each other...
i really believe that friendships like ours are rare...folks don't take the time to stay in touch, to stay connected, to make the effort...we pledged years ago...(9 i think) to meet each year and so far....so good....
my love for these girls is like finding a rare piece of red sea glass on the beaches of bermuda...rare and one you never want to let go....

Aww, you girls go on and have fun without me, I can't make it anyway. I am sure my invitation is lost in the mail.
Sounds like Savannah will never be the same.
