garbage pile?

you never know what you might find in a garbage pile...or what might look like a garbage pile....my niece and her hubby are trying to buy an old house in new york....we were checking out the barn out back and in this pile of sticks and garbage.....stood this darling old birdhouse....it's going to be so darling in her yard when they finally are able to say "it's ours".......i think i might try and out bid her just to get the birdhouse.  would that be nice of me?
