happy birthday week.......

don't you just love your birthday?  i love cake, balloons, silly hats, gifts, cards and all the hoop la that goes along with a birthday.....for an old lady like me you'd think i'd get sick of celebrating....but i don't....i love looking at old photo's and so i decided this week i was going to put an old photo of me up each day till my bday.....this is at my uncle harolds and my aunt martha's house in hornell new york,  i heard that the family just sold the house...kinda sad even though i haven't been in it for years....but fond memories of that place.  aunt martha always would meet me at the door with a special treat and uncle harold was always sitting in his chair watching t.v.    i think this was the time becky and i were left with my grandma while our parents went on a short two day vacation....we cried when our folks left....our salvation was ginny coming home from work and letting us play with her barbies.....oh how i wish we still had her barbies......
