stockyards.....hook em!!!

day 4...started with chocolate dipped strawberries..then...the stockyards and a driving tour of fort worth.....we had such a fun day...i think we all wet our pants today....and we still aren't done laughing....i decided that the stockyards would be the best place for the girls to get the real feel of the cowboy town....we enjoyed strolling the streets, watching the cattle drive down the main street, eating a great bbq at risky's bbq...shopping, seeing the old stockyards (where the cattle used to be auctioned off in the early 1900's....we went into the old hotel that was built in 1907....enjoyed having funny long horn hats made for each of us...watching sandy sit on big jake for a picture....oh my we giggled and giggled....our tummy's hurt......what a great day...we finished it off at the central market for shopping, gelatto's of all flavors....and now we are home for chinese chicken salads and old time kentucky lemonaide.....mmmm delicious....
