a date......

today was date day.....john and i have wanted to try a new cafe we found on tybee island.....so we took off and went down, had a wonderful lunch....such a charming little cafe in the center of a gas station strip mall.....you would never know what was inside unless you tried it....delicious.....it was 103 today so we decided against the beach and went to walk around fort pulaski. we have a year pass and enjoy this old civil war fort. we walked down the path to the north pier and watched a few big ships pass us heading toward savannah....the pictures i took are just a look into what we enjoyed today....we are back home, john sat in his chair and has been snoozing since....hot days = nice naps.....
