little poppers

have you ever seen the little poppers they sell at places like pier one,   they are cylinders wrapped in shiny paper ...i never knew what they were...they look like glorified fireworks but i knew they weren't....my new friend ava brought me a whole package of them for christmas.  her family uses them at the christmas table.  you open them, they pop and toys, hats and a joke are inside them.....well we decided to use them at our new year day table....it was so fun...we all wore our hats and ate up a storm... i think we decided to make it a new tradition!!!  thanks ava for introducing us to something new!!
