mindless eating

mmmmmm nothing better than mindless eating says my brother richie......we had a ball yesterday having breakfast at home....meeting john for lunch......mmmm west side cafe in fort worth......and then rich and kim cooked for me.....yahhhh can you believe it........we had a clam bake.....as rich says...just throw em on the grill and they "POP".......and sure enough they did....i even ate them.....uuuggg what is wrong with me.....but that is what mindless eating is all about.....we had scallops and prawns....mmmmm all deliciously prepared.....we ate homemade guacamole...chips.....fresh squash steamed....salad with avacado.....rosemary bread....mmmmmmmm what a wonderful evening......:) i love my siter-in-law and brother........
