oh the information we get before a surgery.....my hubby is having surgery thursday morning..today was the pre-op.....paper work, more paper work, temp taken, weight, height, family medical history, his medical history, b/p taken, ekg, chest x-ray, blood drawn, blood type crossed and checked in case of transfusion, it's exhasting all by itself......poor guy....it's his first time for surgery...and he gets a biggie surgery....the name for his surgery too long to memorize.....but to us it's a cut down the sternum....open up the chest and find the mass and get it the heck out of there......all in one piece too!!!!!!!
if you think of it.........please pray for him .....surgery thursday at 7:30am.....e-mail me if you would like to send a card to him at the house....hospital stay will be 6 days....recovery 6 weeks.......cards might make him smile.....thanks.....i'll keep you updated.....
